I just adopted Guinness today, he is an absolute doll! They think that he is a Kesshond mix, but I saw one paper saying that he was a samoyed mix (which I don't really beleive!). I think that a keeshond is a decent guess, but they are typically shades of black and grey from what I've read about them. He's about 35lbs, black, tan, and a little white on the feathering of his tail and he's 2. So just give it your best guess!
Also, he has a pretty long coat, I normally just use a slicker brush for my dogs for their everyday brushing, but I think he is going to need something different, I'm just not sure what, any ideas? Oh and during shedding season he is going to a groomer along with my newfie so I am just looking for everyday upkeep kinda stuff. Thanks!
